Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all loose leaf teas are final sale and cannot be returned.

For non-perishable items (teaware, accessories, and other merchandise), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at thesteepleaf@gmail.com to arrange a return.

Order Mistakes: If we make an error on your order, we will make it right by sending you the correct item at no additional cost — and you're welcome to keep the incorrect item as our thanks for your patience.
